 Nick Roy specialises in leadership and organizational development, strategy execution, coaching, action learning, team dynamics and conflict resolution.

Nick holds both Program Director and Course Director roles with Ashridge Business School and London Business School.  He has over 18 years change management consultancy experience at KPMG, Ernst & Young and Deloitte where he ran the change management components of large corporate transformation programmes.

 

David Lewis has twenty years of experience in management and business consulting, specialising in programme management and organisational change. After a period in academia, David joined KPMG to support blue chip organisations undergoing major change. In 2004, David founded Eden Insight to develop an integrated approach to Change and Programme Management.

Claire-Marie Robilliard has eighteen years of consulting experience supporting clients in both Europe & North America.  She specialises in large transformation programmes, shared services, outsourcing and off-shoring.  Her work includes new business operating models, implementing ERP and managing global rollouts.  Claire-Marie has particular interest in mobilization activities, be it launching and driving new services, initiating strategic programmes, or  getting new companies off the ground.
