Change is hard.  Fast and effective change is even harder.  The business and technology landscape of the last thirty years has born this out; however, it has also demonstrated the immense power of organisations and individuals who are able to instigate and manage change effectively. 

The speed of globalisation together with the imperatives of both public and private sector enterprises to re-invent their business models continues to place more pressure on the mandate to deliver successful change, and on an on-going basis.

As J F Kennedy noted, "change is the law of life and those who look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future."
